Joseph Lyman
Joseph Lyman is a certified real estate appraiser with over 26 years of experience. He started his career studying civil engineering at the University of Rhode Island but quickly realized that his passion was in real estate. He decided to pursue an appraisal career and founded his own company. Joseph is passionate about the appraisal business and helping others regarding one of the most important financial decisions of their lives, so he’s devoted to being a full-time appraiser dedicated to honesty, reliability, and integrity. He maintains his ethical standards by helping clients save money and make well-informed decisions through accurate appraisals and assessments.
Emma Lyman
Emma Lyman is a licensed real estate appraiser and recently graduated from Western New England University in 2020 with a bachelor’s degree in business management. She has always been interested in the family business and is eager to become the next generation of Lyman Brothers Appraisal. She has the same values of integrity, honesty, and morality instilled in her, not only in her two years of official training but throughout her life.
